The sealing system of underground pipes designed by the LCF Technologies team aims to prevent the filtration of polluting liquid and/or contaminated water from fire extinction or spills into the sewage system or public channel.
Combined with other containment systems, the obturator allows the contaminant to be contained in the underground collectors, preventing it from being discharged into the public sewer system.

See pipe stopper activation systems
Once activated, the stopper prevents the passage of the contaminating liquid through the pipe.
This system allows us to react quickly in the event of an accidental spill. The installation does not require civil works and the simplicity of the product makes it very easy to use.
The balloon is inflated by push-buttons distributed throughout the installation.
While it is not in operation, the resting sealing system allows rainwater to pass through under normal conditions, keeping itself deflated at the top of the duct.
In order to ensure the total watertightness of the installation, if there are drains, the watertight barriers are complemented with the sealing system and the Double Containment Tube, guaranteeing a superficial and underground watertightness of the installation.
